Hey, everyone  Foster The People are on a roll posting studio updates onto most of their social media platforms everyday. This series of teasers started when the boys posted a short clip in the studio remixing “ Houdini ”, but it snowballed into frequent episodes. On July 12, 2024, Mark and Isom posted again asking fans to duet with them on “ Lost In Space” bopping to the beat with a straight face. I haven't been around long, but I've never seen them be so goofy.  What else? It's less than four weeks until the album “ Paradise State Of Mind” drops, and I'm beyond impressed by the first two singles. I wasn't quite a fan of “ Take Me Back ”, but I do find myself enjoying it with repeated listens as well as the first single, which of course, everybody loves. Hey, everyone  When multi-instrumentalist  Isom Innis joined Foster The People in 2010, not only did he meet his bff and lead guitarist  Sean Cimino , but he also linked up with guitarist and vocalist  Mark Foster to create their own musical project, Smims and Belle. Of course, Innis is no stranger to working in duos from his previous bands Southern Belle , Matt & Isom , and his current side quest, Peel . Now, as of May 31, 2024, Foster The People have evolved into another duo for the “ Paradise State  Of Mind” album cycle. This is the new and improved Foster The People of 2024.  The duo have worked in tandem to remix songs like Lana Del Rey's “ Blue Jean's (Smims & Belle Remix)” which is the third single from her second studio 2012 album “Born To Die ”.
