Hey, guys
Believe it or not the holiday season is upon us and, if you or anybody in your life celebrates Christmas and they're a fan of Foster The People, here are some cool gift ideas for the music lover in your life. Perhaps you can add other cool FTP items to your shopping list I forgot to mention, but here are some I've come up with sure to go over really well. So, let's get going on this holiday wish list to Santa!
The first item I'm adding is the Japanese limited edition copy of “Torches” (CD & DVD) available on Amazon. Since so many of the Foster kids are massive fans of the band's debut this is sure to light up their stocking real quick! Although this item is a bit on the pricey side it's worth the price if you want to impress the Foster child in your life.
I'm also including a “Paradise State Of Mind” poster of the album's artwork to hang on that vacant wall in your house in dire need of some accessorizing. Available on Amazon the price range is relatively cheap depending on what measurements you're looking for. Who wouldn't love a blown up photo of their favorite FTP album to admire everyday?
My third gift idea for Christmas is VIP passes for the 2025 North American Tour beginning January 25th - March 6th. Additional shows on FTP's itinerary include Lollapalooza South America 2025 and ViveLatino2025. Be sure to cruise by the band's official website for more details. They're going fast so act ASAP!
Since we're on the subject of “Paradise State Of Mind” why not give your friends or family a vinyl or standard CD signed by Mark and Isom? Also, you should consider the deluxe copy featuring Japanese bonus track“Rabies Shmabies” available on eBay. Take note that the dark green vinyl variant is now back in stock when it used to be sold out for weeks, but I love my blue sparkle so think about that! These items are sold either in the webstore or other music retailers.
On March 29, 2024, Foster The People members Isom Innis and Sean Cimino dropped their debut “Acid Star” so of course I had to get my grubby hands on a copy. You can also purchase this album either on vinyl, CD, or as a digital file. You may like this if you're a fan of Isom's work in Foster The People or even just a music lover in general.
For the literary freaks in your life who love both music and books, former Foster The People bass player Cubbie Fink and gospel singer Rebecca St. James co-authored their first book “Lasting Ever” set to hit shelves next year. Why not preorder a copy to give to your nearest and dearest voracious reader?
Here are six cool gift ideas for the obsessed Foster The People fan in your life. Are you set for the holiday season or are you still suffering from a Halloween hangover? Whatever your situation, I wish you a safe and happy time. I'll catch you next time!
